First method

One On One Coaching/Nutrition Science = Success

Our scientific, evidence-based top certified Professional Coaching takes the guesswork out of training. By properly assessing strengths and imbalances, our Coaching staff can effectively and proficiently produce remarkable results for our clients.
OmniFit One on One Coaching allows our Professional Coaching staff to properly assess your current physical state (body weight, body fat and medical state).

Train with our Coaching Staff from 1 to 3 times a week with a detailed plan to follow on days you train on your own. Your Virtual Coaching App gives the tools and resources you need to successfully train effectively.
Nutrition …NOT A DIET…is provided with all of our One On One Coaching programs.

Second method

Pulse Zone Small Group Coaching/Nutrition Science = Success

Pulse Zone Training is based on the same Professional Model as our One On One Coaching program.
All of our PZT Coaches are NASM certified…which is scientific, evidence-based training. Our Training model combines the best of conventional training, with stability training and core strength to produce the best small group training program available.

With TRX, slam balls, tire flips, kettle bells, jump boxes, resistance bands and punching bags to give a a great experience and more importantly RESULTS!
Train with our PZT Coaching Staff up to 3 times a week. Nutrition …NOT A DIET…is provided with PZT Coaching program as with all of our Coaching programs.

WORKOUTS
